Make sure you’re eating loads of proteins and avoiding anything that makes you feel lazy, such as junk food. There are many different types of foods that you can actually enjoy and still be healthy. Take a Nap: There is a huge difference between trying to work when you are tired and trying to work when you are fresh and active. Writers block happens more often when you are mentally tired and exhausted, so try taking take small naps when you need it. So that you can stay mentally focused through the day, its also important that you make sure you get enough sleep every night. Keep in mind though that taking regular naps helps recharge your body and gives you that needed energy boost.
Writers especially need to take care to keep the distractions at bay especially if they can exacerbate your writer’s block. You need to steer clear of anything–anything at all–that could make your writer’s block get worse.
